Founded in 2007, 415 Ventures invest in opportunities in the online social sector, and offline in areas of info-tech, consumer electronics, and financial services industries.

We operate on three basic principles which are: customer satisfaction, innovation, and provision of a satisfying and rewarding environment for our team members to work. We equate these three principles to the three major components of the human blood. Customer satisfaction is the red blood cell that carries oxygen throughout the body to allow us to stay in business, innovation is our white blood cell that allows us to fight off rut and marketplace weakness, and a happy team is the plasma in which the other two principles are contained.
